What’s included in your pet boarding service?
A safe, cozy overnight stay, regular feedings, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. We follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable.
Do you board all types of pets?
We primarily board dogs, and our family also has experience boarding cats. Reach out to discuss your pet’s needs!
What should I bring when dropping off my pet?
Your pet’s food, leash, and any comfort items they love — like a favorite toy or blanket. If they take medication, please label it clearly with instructions.
Is someone with the pets overnight?
Yes! We’re a family-run service and never leave pets alone overnight. Your pets stay in a warm, loving home where they’re supervised and cared for like family.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Castro Valley and care for pets from Hayward, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Oakland, Dublin, Pleasanton, Fremont, and Union City. Boarding and daycare happen in our Castro Valley home; dog walks are within 5 miles. See our Service Areas page.
Can I book multiple nights at once?
Yes! Our booking request form lets you choose a start and end date for any length of stay. We’ll confirm within 24 hours.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
Yes — sitter pick-up and drop-off is available for $120 per round trip. Standard drop-off and pick-up hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
Are you insured?
Yes. All services are covered by a commercial general liability policy, including animal bailee and veterinary expense coverage. Details are on our Pricing page.
