This policy explains what personal information Paws & Cuddles Daycare & Boarding (“we”, “us”) collects through pawpawpapa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email support@pawpawpapa.com or call or text 415-619-4305.
What we collect
- Contact and billing details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone number, and billing address (for in-home services, this is also where we provide the service).
- Booking and pet details: dates and times, your dog’s name, breed, age and weight, feeding and medication notes, vet and emergency contacts, home access instructions, and any notes you add.
- Files you upload: dog photos and vaccination records for pet care bookings; and, for pet communication sessions, your pet’s photos, your questions, and your LINE or WeChat ID.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. If you pay by Zelle or Venmo, we see the payment details those services show us.
- Account details: if an account is created at checkout, your login email and booking history, so we can show your bookings and fill in your details next time.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used for security, fraud prevention and site statistics.
How we use it
- To review, confirm and provide the services you book, and to contact you about them.
- To take payments, issue refunds, and keep business and tax records.
- To send booking emails, such as confirmations, updates and receipts.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- WooPayments / Stripe – card payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Zoho ZeptoMail – sending booking emails.
- Bluehost – website hosting.
- Jetpack / WordPress.com (Automattic) – site security and visit statistics.
- Yelp – our homepage shows reviews embedded from Yelp, which loads content from Yelp’s servers under Yelp’s own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of pets, people or our business.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and your account, plus cookies used by our payment provider for fraud prevention and by Jetpack for site statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work without the essential ones.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. Uploaded dog photos, vaccination records and pet communication photos are kept while they are useful for your care and bookings; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing support@pawpawpapa.com. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We will confirm your request and respond within the time the law requires. Some records may need to be kept for tax or legal reasons.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Uploaded vaccination records and booking files are stored in a private folder that is not publicly accessible. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
