Pick your service and dates and tell us about your pet.
2. We confirm
We text or email within 24 hours to confirm and send your invoice. New clients get a free meet & greet.
3. Drop off & relax
Drop-off and pick-up 8 AM – 8 PM daily. You’ll get photo updates throughout the stay.

Cancellation policy (boarding)
A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00 PM three days before the service begins.
If cancelled later, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date, and a 100% refund for any additional days.

Background check & insurance
Our sitters have passed a third-party background check, and you’ll get messages and photo updates during every stay. All services are covered by our commercial general liability insurance — see the Pricing page for details, or email support@pawpawpapa.com for a copy of the certificate.
